We live in an era of data. From claims databases to electronic health records to apps, data are being generated at an unprecedented level. Yet accessing and harnessing data to work for providers and patients and inform decisions about individual patients and patient populations represents a work-in-progress. This panel, moderated by National Public Radio’s Tom Ashbrook, reviews the current state of predictive analytics and big data, the potential and promise and opportunities for innovation from the lens of clinicians, industry, investors and regulatory leaders.
